How to
convert Type to Outlines:
Adobe®
Illustrator®
Select all type.
Choose Type > Create Outlines. If the option is
disabled, you may need to release clipping masks and/or
ungroup objects.
CorelDRAW®
Select all text.
Choose Arrange > Convert to Curves. If the option is
disabled, you may need to convert the text to Artistic
Text by choosing Text > Convert to Artistic Text.
Gerber
Composer
It is not necessary
to convert Gerber Fonts unless you're using custom ones
you converted from TrueType or made yourself in Gerber
Font Designer.
However, Small Text
uses whatever TrueType fonts happen to be installed on
your Windows system... we may not have the same ones.
HOW: Select the text, choose Text > Remove Text Smart
Edit > Small Text.
ALL OTHER
PROGRAMS
Most programs do not
provide the ability to convert type to outlines.
Therefore, please contact us to make sure we have the
fonts needed for your design.
